Starting from August 9th at 16:00 UTC, our platform was unable to send emails to customers. This affected all system-generated emails, including account verification and billing notifications. Email delivery was restored today, August 10th, at around 14:30 UTC, and emails are now being sent normally. No emails have been lost: messages generated during this period have been queued and are being delivered. We are monitoring the situation and we apologize for the inconvenience.
