This issue can be considered resolved

Between 2024-11-07 12:57 UTC and 13:03 UTC customers have noticed an increase of error rates when accessing their projects admin interface, CMA endpoint and CDA endpoint.

This was caused by a temporary increase of activity on one of our databases.

The situation went back to normal at about 13:03 UTC and we are monitoring the situation.

Cached graphql queries in our edge network were not affected by this.
